How to get rid of debt?

Sounds like a horror story: you, merry and happy, suddenly find something tempting, almost magical. It may be that trip of your dreams, the first birthday party of his son, one brand new, car etc. Do you think one, two or three times and finally gives in to temptation and ultimately realize his dream. But it will not take long to realize that, along with your dream, you just getting your biggest nightmare: the specter of debt!

Well, let the horror stories for later, because if you're already in trouble, the last thing you want is to stay all the time remembering why this happened, is not it? What you want is to know how to get rid of debts - and as it is what we are talking now. Come on?

Well, the first step is to determine how your debt is, what are the chances of overcoming it and how much time you'll have it. If you have small debts (usually credit card debt), there is a good chance to resolve them quickly - of course, if you are smart and know how to solve it. But if your debts are too large, then it is quite likely that you need a much more thorough planning.

If you have debts with very high rates of interest (such as overdraft and credit card), the first possibility is to migrate the same for another type of credit that present a much lower rate of interest - such as personal loan, for example. In this case, the best thing to do is to talk to the manager of your bank account to understand what possible options with lower interest rates are available.

In addition to migrating your debts, you need to develop a much more rigorous control of your money, completely eliminating wasteful spending and reducing the maximum ones that can not be cut, but where we can avoid waste. This is the part that many hate to do, for they think they will need to make up such hardships throughout life. Not so, these sacrifices are needed to get to get rid of debt, but once free of them you can breathe more relieved and make a profitable use of their money but conscious.

Use up spreadsheets for financial control! Not this " control all finances in the head " exists. Who usually keeps this kind of mind control are usually those who are most indebted - it is easy to see, then, that such control is not working, is not it? Search spreadsheets or even print a few and keep everything there, on paper or digital, but do not be relying solely on your memory!

Always follow best practices! There are many experts and financial advisers publishing their tips on the Internet or in books. Look for them, take note and put them into practice! And remember that not only just " collecting " these tips, you need to actually put them into practice! It is much better for a good practice day every day than keep a notebook stuffed them and never do anything to change your financial situation!

And once you learn how to get rid of debts and can reverse your situation, remember that it's time to start saving money for your future, ok? And good luck!
